Just got back from a 3.5 mile jog/walk. I’m actually quite proud of myself. 
According to my Nike+ I lost 400 calories! Check me out.
Out of the whole lot, I think I managed to jog about a mile. Mind, I didn’t jog this in a oner, but I’m still proud of myself. 

Maybe this time next month, I’ll be running that mile.  

Stats:
SW - 188lbs
CW - 186lbs
GW - 145lbs

My current weight is 186 but I’m not relying on it until Monday, so fingers crossed I keep the same weight, or less! 

So far today, I’ve done the house workout - the one that I reblogged the other day. My legs are a bit sore, but I’m determined to go out for a run. Honestly, I’ve been telling myself I need to do this for 2weeks now, and I’ve never plucked up the courage. My sister has been going out with her friend, and if she can do it, why can’t I? So wish me luck!

I’d like to think that today I’ve been pretty good. I haven’t ate crap, and I’ve just made myself raspberry and orange sorbet. Can’t wait to eat it tomorrow!
